Terms & Conditions

The terms you accept by using this site, and where a separate agreement takes over instead.

Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Marketing Chains LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as Kastriot Tanaj at kastriottanaj.com — "we" and "us" throughout. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.

Formal legal notices may be served on our registered agent:
Resident Agents Inc., 8 The Green STE R, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

For anything that is not formal service — questions, complaints, requests about your data — use kastriot@kastriottanaj.com, which reaches a person rather than a mail handler.

The site is information, not an offer

The services, packages, prices and results described here are for information. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and publishing a price does not oblige us to accept a project at it.

Paid work begins only when we have both agreed a scope in writing — a proposal, statement of work or contract. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Case studies and results

The outcomes shown in case studies and use cases happened for those clients, in their markets, with their budgets and constraints. They are evidence of what we have done, not a forecast of what your project will do. Search and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.

Using the site

You agree not to:

  • submit false information or somebody else's personal details through the forms;
  • attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server;
  • scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people;
  • use the contact form or newsletter to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Forms are rate-limited and protected against automated abuse. We may block access that breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, images and video on this site are ours, or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their agreement.

You may read, link to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts, or pass the work off as your own, without written permission. Rights in work produced under a client engagement are governed by that engagement, not by this page.

The newsletter

Subscribing is free and confirmed by email before anything is sent. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We may change how often it goes out, or stop sending it.

Bootcamps and the community

Bootcamps and the community are described here ahead of opening, and those descriptions may change before they launch. Joining either is subject to its own terms and pricing at the time you enrol, together with the terms of any third-party platform it runs on — the community is planned for Skool, which has its own terms and privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites are there because they were useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your data.

Availability and liability

We keep the site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or right at every moment. It is provided as it is.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of this site.Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid work is governed by our written agreement.

Privacy

How this site handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies to your visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this does not take away the protections of the country you live in. Mandatory consumer rights there apply whatever this page says, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your own local courts.
